My Fitness Journey

I am still in the process of improving myself. My dream is to have a big and muscular body, but my situation is very difficult. My genetics are not the best, and no matter how much I try, the results are coming very slowly.
In my village, there is no gym, and even if there was one, I don’t have the money to pay the gym fees. Because of this, I decided to create my own simple equipment. I made a dumbbell at home, I use rocks as weights, and I train with whatever I can find around me. I also do push-ups and pull-ups regularly. Even though my resources are limited, I refuse to give up.
Another challenge is food. I cannot eat the proper diet that is usually required to build muscles because of my financial condition. I don’t always get enough protein or balanced meals, and sometimes I cannot eat at the right time. This makes my progress even slower.
But still, I have a strong belief. One day, no matter how long it takes, I will become a muscular man. I know my journey is difficult, but I will not stop. My determination is my biggest strength, and I will continue to fight for my dream.
To anyone who is in the same situation as me: don’t ever change your dream. People might laugh at you, they might say you cannot do it, they might try to pull you down. But don’t listen to them. Their voices don’t matter.
Focus only on your goal. Ignore the laughter, ignore the noise, and trust your effort. Even if progress is slow, even if the road is hard, step by step you will move forward.
Remember, dreams are not for the rich or lucky only—dreams are for those who fight for them.
